Michelle Miles-Kessell
OTR/L, CHT, CEAS, REAS
Michelle has been a licensed OT and Certified Hand Therapist for over 30 years now, and has more recently become Certified as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.
Being in the field and having over 35 years of experience, she has seen and treated patients with a variety of injuries/problems ranging from but not limited to traumatic and post-operative conditions, repetitive overuse problems and patients who have had neurological diagnoses.
As a therapist her mission is to provide personalized, comprehensive, caring therapy services, and focuses on recovery of meaningful function and independence in collaboration with the referring physician and patient.
As an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, her goal is to bring awareness of the space you or your family do work in and help create a healthier, safer, less injury-prone environment.

Sirenia Madrigal
COTA/L
Sirenia (Siri) Madrigal has been a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for 24 years now primarily focusing her career in hand rehabilitation.
She enjoys helping people recover from injury, post operative care, finding solutions to provide functional independence in their daily lives whether it be at work, at home or at play.
In her years of working and continuing her education, she is experienced in fabricating custom splints, fitting for prefabricated splints, CMMS casting, serial casting, Kinesiotaping, manual therapy, exercise/personal training and use of modalities to name a few. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Brittany Everroad
OTR/L, CHT
Brittany Everroad, OTR/L received her bachelors from University of North Dakota in 2010. She then went on to receive her Master's in Occupational Therapy in 2018 from the University of St. Augustine. She has worked in upper extremity rehab since her graduation. This has allowed her to earn the title Upper Extremity Specialist from California Board of Occupational Therapy as well as becoming a Certified Hand Therapist
She enjoys working one on one with patients in order to develop a course of treatment that is personalized for their needs and desired outcomes.
When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, two little boys and 2 rambunctious dogs while enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer.
Lisa Divona
Clinical Coordinator
Lisa Divona is a San Diego native with 10 years of experience in medical offices as a clinical coordinator. She is an expert at all things administrative and handles scheduling, insurance verification and billing, interfacing with doctors and other medical providers, patient care, and all other duties that keep the office running smoothly.

Lisa loves to cook and spend time with her husband, children, and Weimaraner pup. If she's not at the clinic you'll find her entertaining guests at her home or at the beach. She is happy to be part of the team here at Mission OT and to take care of our patients.​
